摘 要:介绍了一种基于ARM系统的纺织企业环境监测及处理的控制思想和系统架构设计。系统采用分布式结构,分为环境数据采集站和远程监控中心。环境数据采集站实时采集各种环境信号,并对观测数据进行数据层、特征层、决策层融合,获得纺织企业环境状态参数的精确测量与综合决策。远程监控中心构建纺织车间环境信息监测数据库,实时跟踪设备运行状况及环境状态,全面分析环境污染的成因和规律,评估环境的安全状态,及时预警并消除环境污染;根据环境数综合决策机制自动调节空调系统及除尘系统的运行参数。当环境状态超过设定阈值时,监控中心通过4G网络将环境信息发送到值班手机。该系统为纺织企业环境监测提供了一种可靠的系统解决方案,自动化水平高、环境数据检测种类齐全、精准高、安全可靠和运行稳定。The control theory and system framework design of textile enterprise environment monitoring and treatment based on ARM was introduced. The system adopted distributed structure,which consisted of environment data collection station and remote monitoring center. Environment data collection station gathered all kinds of real-time environment signals,integrated the data according to data layer,feature layer and decision layer and acquired the precise measurement of environment parameters and comprehensive decision of textile enterprise.Remote monitoring center constructed the environment information monitoring database for workshop,traced realtime operation and environment conditions of the equipments,comprehensively analyzed the causes for environment pollution and rules,estimated the security condition of the environment and sent early warning and eliminated environment pollution timely; comprehensive decision-making mechanism based on environment data could automatically adjust the operating parameters for air-conditioning system and dust removal system. When the environment condition exceeded preset threshold,the monitoring center would send environment information to on duty cell phone by 4 G net. The system provided a stable system solution for textile enterprise environment monitoring,which had high level automation,comprehensive monitoring environment data,better precision,safe,reliable and stable operation.
