摘　　要：现代职业学校制度建设是促进现代职业教育发展的基石,完善创新的制度可以激发学校发展的内生动力。福建船政交通职业学院秉承船政学堂"趋变求新"的管理理念,探索现代职业学校制度建设的新思路、新途径,通过改革传统办学体制,以建立现代学校法人治理结构;完善内部治理机制,激发管理活力;创新人才培养模式,增强服务社会能力。The construction of modern vocational school system is the cornerstone to promote the development of modern vocational education. Perfecting and innovating the school system can stimulate the endogenous motivation of school development. Fujian Chuanzheng Communications College has been adhering to the management concept of'changing and innovating', exploring new ideas and new ways of modern vocational school system construction,building the structure of modern school governance under the juridical person through reforming the traditional school system, stimulating the vitality of management through improving internal managing mechanism, and enhancing the ability to serve the community through innovating the model of talent training.
