传统教学结合CBL教学模式在医学微生物学教学中的运用

摘　　要：以授课为主的传统教学是目前高等医学院校中普遍采用的教学模式。随着教学改革与探索的深入,以案例为基础的CBL(case-based learning)教学模式逐渐得到教师和学生的广泛认可,但是开展CBL教学对学校的硬件设施和教师的教学水平要求较高。如果将两种教学模式有机结合,合理运用在医学微生物学教学中,将有利于提高医学微生物学教学质量,培养高素质医学人才。Traditional teaching is lecture-based learning methodand widely used in higher medical colleges and universities. Withthe development of the teaching reform and exploration, CBL（case-based learning） teaching mode is widely recognized inteachers and students. But CBL needs better hardware facilitiesfor schools and higher teaching level for teachers. The organiccombination and reasonable application of two kinds of teachingmodes in medical microbiology will be useful to improve teachingquality of medical microbiology and train high quality of medicaltalents.
