卵巢上皮性肿瘤组织中Bub1蛋白的表达及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨卵巢上皮性肿瘤组织中Bub1蛋白的表达及其临床意义。方法选取我院收治的102例卵巢上皮性肿瘤患者,根据患者肿瘤类别分为良性组、恶性组、交界性组,每组34例,并选取34例健康体检者作为正常组,对各组相关指标进行比较分析。结果恶性组、交界性组Bub1蛋白阳性率均明显高于良性组、正常组(P均<0.05);而良性组与正常组比较、恶性组与交界性组比较差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。恶性组:Ⅲ~Ⅳ期患者、G3级患者、有淋巴结转移患者、腹水患者Bub1蛋白阳性率均高于Ⅰ~Ⅱ期患者、G1和G2级患者、无淋巴结转移患者、无腹水患者,但差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。结论卵巢上皮组织中Bub1蛋白出现异常表达可诱发卵巢上皮性肿瘤,并促进肿瘤发展,对其进行检测可作为判定患者病情的依据,有着重大的研究意义。Objective To investigate the expression of Bub1 protein in the ovarian epithelial tumor and to discuss its significance.Methods The 102 patients with ovarian epithelial tumor(including 34 patients with ovarian epithelial carcinoma,34 patients with borderline ovarian epithelial carcinoma and 34 patients with ovarian benign epithelial carcinoma) were included;and 34 patients with health checker were included as the normal group.Results The positive expression rate of Bub1 protein in the ovarian malignant epithelial tumor group and the borderline epithelial tumor group was higher than those in the benign epithelial tumor group and the normal group(P<0.05);in the ovarian malignant epithelial tumor group,and the positive expression rates of Bub1 protein in the patients with stage Ⅰ-Ⅱ,G3,lymph node metastasis or ascites were higher than those in the patients with stage Ⅲ-Ⅳ,G1 and G2,no lymph node metastasis or no ascites,but there were no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion Abnormal expression of Bub1 protein may play a pivotal role in the progression of ovarian epithelial tumor,and have important effects on pathogenesis and development of ovarian epithelial tumors.
