摘　　要：通过分析高校帐外资产的成因以及避免形成帐外资产的对策,从解决帐外资产问题的角度出发阐明加强资产管理的重要性.The paper has studied the reasons for unlisted college assets and the measures to avoid the emergence of unlisted assets,and strengthened the importance of intensifying unlisted asset management.
