大数据视域下教师教育项目培训中临时党支部建设的思考

摘　　要：大数据时代,教师教育项目培训临时党支部建设必须适应数据规模大、处理速度快、结构复杂、价值密度低和真实性强等特点,做到管理主体从"控制—命令"模式向"主体际"模式转变,管理客体实现"不变"向"变"与"不变"的辩证统一转变,管理方式从"控制—命令"型向"服务—智慧"型转变。In the era of the big data, the construction of Provisional Party Branch in the teachers training programs must adapt itself to the features of the big data, quick dealing speed, complex structure, low value density and strong realness. Furthermore, it is required its management model of "control-order"be changed to the model of "inter-subjects", the object of its management be changed from "unchanging"to the dialectical unification of "changing"and "unchanging", the way of management be changed from "control-order"to "service-intellect".
