高等院校教育教学管理中教师的主导作用

摘　　要：高等院校教育教学质量的高低以及教学管理能否有效实施,教学一线教师起着极为重要的作用。破除传统教育教学理论,树立以教师为本和为主导的教育新观念,探讨高校教师主导作用正确发挥的基本条件。教师综合素质是教师主导作用得以实施的基础,提出科学化与人性化的教育教学管理与评价机制,是教师主导作用得以正确发挥的前提与保障。The teachers who are teaching students play a very important role on controlling the quality of education and implementing educational teaching management e？ ectively in colleges and universities. A new teacher-oriented and teacher-centered educational concept is set up to break traditional educational teaching theory in this paper. The basic conditions for teachers to become the main force and play leading role properly in engineering colleges and universities are discussed. The comprehensive quality of teachers is the foundation of implementing leading role of the teachers. The educational concept that scientific and humanistic education teaching management and evaluation mechanism should be a precondition and guarantee teachers to become the main force and play leading role properly.
