康齿宁丁硼乳膏配合结治术治疗青春期龈炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察丁硼乳膏配合洁治术治疗青春期龈炎的临床疗效观察。方法将81例青春期龈炎患者随机分成两组,对照组47例口腔卫生宣教及牙周洁治术后,给予康齿宁丁硼乳膏代替牙膏洁牙,每天早晚2次,每次2~3 min。实验组34例口腔卫生宣教及牙周洁治术。3个月后复查,结果实验组有效率89%,对照组有效率70%,其差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,实验组显效率67.1%,对照组显效率35.2%,两组差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论康齿宁丁硼乳膏配合洁治术治疗青春期龈炎有助于提高治疗的有效率和显效率。Objective To observe butyl boron cream with clean governance treatment the clinical effect of the treatment of gingivitis during puberty.Methods 81 patients with puberty gingivitis were randomly divided into two groupscontrol group in 47 cases Publicizing oral hygiene and periodontal clean governance,give kang clean teeth,tooth NingDing boron cream instead of toothpaste in the morning and evening twice,each time 2～3 minutes.The experimental group 34 cases Oral health education and periodontal clean governance.Results Three months after the review results effective rate was 89%,while the control effectiveness 70%,the difference is statistically significant（P〈0.05）,the experimental group efficiency 67.1%,control group efficiency 35.2%,the differences between the two groups have statistical significance （P〈0.01）.Conclusion Kang tooth NingDing boron cream with clean techniques from puberty gingivitis is helpful to improve the treatment effectiveness and effciency.
