内斜切口牙龈切除术治疗牙龈增生的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的分析牙龈增生患者行内斜切口牙龈切除术治疗的效果。方法选取我院收治的50例牙龈增生患者,随机分为两组各25例,对照组给予常规药物治疗,实验组给予内斜切口牙龈切除术法治疗,比较两组患者的疗效差异。结果实验组治疗后菌斑指数以及出血指数均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论内斜切口牙龈切除术治疗牙龈增生具有良好的临床疗效,值得在临床上广泛推广。Objective Analysis of the efect of gingivalectomy in patients with gingival hyperplasia.methods 50 cases of gingival hyperplasia in our hospital patients, randomly divided into two groups, 25 cases in the control group given conventional treatment, the oblique incision in the experimental group give gums, comparing curative efect. Results The plaque index and bleeding index were better than control group after treatment （P〈0.05）. Oblique incision in the.Conclusion gum resection in the treatment of gingival hyperplasia has good curative efect, is worth promoting.
