摘　　要：本文目的在于回顾和讨论C形根管解剖形态的形成原因、发生率、解剖特征、分类、诊断及治疗要点。通过总结已有的研究成果,从而为临床诊断和治疗C形根管提供理论依。The aim is to review and discuss the causes of formation, incidence rates, anatomical characteristics, classification, diagnosis and treatment of the C-shaped canal configuration. Through summarizing the existing research results, thus for clinical diagnosis and treatment of C-shaped root canal.
