口腔癌变组织中BAP1蛋白的表达研究

摘　　要：目的研究BAP1蛋白在人口腔癌与正常口腔组织中的表达差异及分布,探究其在口腔癌发病中的作用。方法采用免疫组织化学(免疫酶标)方法,检测20例口腔癌组织标本与20例正常口腔组织标本中BAP1蛋白表达情况,利用半定量分析方法判断BAP1表达强弱。结果 BAP1在口腔癌组织中呈低表达,在正常口腔组织中表达水平较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 BAP1蛋白在口腔癌变组织中表达下降,其在口腔癌的发生中具有重要作用。Objective This study aims to evaluate expression of BAP1 protein in the oral carcinoma tissue and normal oral tissue to see if there is difference and discuss the potential mechanism behind it.Methods Expression of BAP1 protein in 20 cases of oral carcinoma tissues,20 cases of normal oral tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry.Semi-quantiative analysis was deployed to calculate the expression.Results BAP1 protein expression was low in oral carcinoma tissues while relatively high in normal oral tissues,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The expression of BAP1 protein declined remarkably in the oral carcinoma tissue and BAP1 plays a vital role in the genesis of oral cancer.
