根管显微镜技术联合超声技术在牙体牙髓治疗中的临床效果

摘　　要：目的 对牙体牙髓患者使用根管显微镜技术联合超声技术进行治疗的临床效果进行分析.方法 在本院2016年1月到2016年6月间需接受牙体牙髓治疗患者中任意抽选90例,盲选其中45例为观察组,以根管显微镜技术联合超声技术治疗,而剩余45例患者在实施普通根管治疗.对两组患者在治疗中的差异进行对比.结果 观察组在本次治疗中共用时（56.68±1.98）min,而对照组为（89.25±2.98）min;麻醉时间观察组均值为（20.68±2.09）min,而对照组为（48.25±3.05）min,观察组治愈率在88.89%（40/45）,对照组在77.78%（35/45）,观察组各项指标均明显优于对照组,P〈0.05差异具备统计学意义.结论 借助根管显微镜技术联合超声技术对牙体牙髓患者实施治疗,可有效缩短治疗时间,提升治愈率.Objective To dental patients using root canal microscope combined with ultrasonic technique for treatment of clinical effect were analyzed. methods In our hospital in January 2016 June 2016 to accept any selected dental treatment in patients with 90 cases, blind select 45 cases of the observation group, the root canal microscope combined with ultrasonic treatment technology, while the remaining 45 patients in the implementation of common root canal treatment. To compare the differences in the treatment of patients in the two groups.Results The observation group in the treatment of the time(56.68±1.98) min, while the control group was(89.25±2.98) min; the mean anesthesia time in observation group(20.68±2.09) min, while the control group was(48.25±3.05) min, the cure rate of the observation group in 88.89%(40/45), in the control group 77.78%(35/45), the indicators of the observation group were significantly better than the control group P<0.05, the difference has statistical significance.Conclusion Using microscope combined with ultrasonic technique to treat patients with tooth pulp root canal, can effectively shorten the treatment time, improve the cure rate.
