一次性根管术治疗牙髓炎三年后的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 评价一次性根管术在牙髓炎治疗中的疗效及其影响因素.方法 回访检查一次性根管治疗与常规根管治疗3年后患牙的临床状况和根尖周X线片表现,对根管治疗的疗效及可能的影响因素进行分析.结果 一次性根管治疗的120颗患牙3年后的治愈率为94.0%,常规根管治疗的120颗患牙3年后的治愈率为89.7%,两者比较P〉0.05,无统计学意义.结论 一次性根管术在牙髓炎治疗中的疗效较为确切,适宜在临床工作中广泛推广.Objective The effect factors of surgery in the treatment of pulpitis and impact assessment of root canal.methods Return inspection of one-time root canal therapy and conventional root canal therapy 3 years after dental clinical condition and periapical X-ray features, factors on the effect of root canal treatment and the possible effects were analyzed.Results Disposable root canal treatment of 120 teeth in 3 years after the cure rate was 94%, 120 teeth root canal therapy after 3 years, the cure rate was 89.7%, compared to P>0.05, was not statistically significant.Conclusion Disposable root canal treatment in the treatment of pulpitis is exact, suitable to be widely popularized in clinical work.
