下颌低位阻生智齿拔除术创伤口应用引流皮片的效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察下颌低位阻生智齿拔除时,术创留置引流对术后反应的影响。方法选80例下颌低位阻生智齿患者,随机分两组。观察组完全缝合拔牙创后置皮片引流,对照组仅完全缝合。比较两组术后2天及7天面部疼痛、肿胀、张口受限的情况。结果术后第2天,观察组患者术后反应显著轻于对照组。术后第7天,两组无差异。结论下颌低位阻生智齿拔除术创完全缝合加皮片引流能扬长避短,减轻术后反应,缓解早期不适。Objective To observe the effect of mandibular impacted teeth after extraction of tooth extraction in drainage rubber tablets on postoperative reaction.Methods 80 cases of mandibular impacted teeth were randomly divided into two groups.After surgery, the experimental group was sutured to the wound and placed rubber in the distal incision position, and the control group was only treated with suture.Comparison of 3 days and 7 days in two groups of patients with facial pain, swelling, mouth restriction.Results 2 days after operation, the index in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group.Seventh days after operation, there was no difference between the two groups.Conclusion The impacted mandibular wisdom teeth extraction wound drainage rubber tablet can obviously reduce postoperative reaction, alleviate the symptoms early.
