当代工程伦理失范的功利主义根源及消解途径

摘　　要：功利主义伦理观在促进传统工程的发展中发挥了重要作用,但在当代工程中却导致了伦理失范问题,如经济伦理问题、生态伦理问题与公共安全伦理问题等,其中的核心问题是责任伦理缺失。因此,一方面要修正对功利主义的误解态度,另一方面要重构以责任伦理为核心的工程伦理框架,强调多方责任主体通过商谈方式而达成共识的动态协商机制。Utilitarianism plays an important way in the progress of traditional engineering, but lead to ethicalanomie in modern engineering, such as problems in economic ethics, ecological ethics and public safty ethics,the core trouble among all these anomie, is the lack of ethics of responsibility. As a result, we should revise themisundersanding of utilitarianism one side, and on the other side, reconstruct the framework of engineering ethics based on the ethics of responsibility, emphasizing the mechanism of dynamic negotiating by discourse among multiple subjects.
