“两学一做”学习教育背景下对高校党建工作的思考

摘　　要："两学一做"是面向全党加强学习教育的重大举措,而高校是党与青年学生之间的枢纽阵地,所以在高校深入开展"两学一做"学习教育,认真分析思考高校党建工作中存在的问题,有针对性地加强和创新高校党建工作,提高党支部的战斗力、创造力和凝聚力,具有重大意义。针对目前高校党建工作中存在的一些突出问题,结合实践与"两学一做"学习教育活动,剖析产生问题的原因,并提出几点改进建议。“ Party Building Studies”is the major initiatives of the party to strengthen learning education, and universities are a hub between the party and the young students in universities, so it is of great significance tocarry out the indepth education of “ Party Building Studies” , carefully analyze and think about the problemsexisting in the party construction in universities, target to strengthen party construction in universities improvethe creativity and cohesion and innovation of the party branch. Aiming at some problems that exist in the partyconstruction in universities, combined with the work and study at ordinary times, combined with “ Party Building Studies”education activities, the study analyzes the causes of the problem and puts forward some suggestions for improvement.
