中医护理干预肿瘤化疗消化道反应36例临床观察

摘　　要：[目的]观察中医护理干预肿瘤化疗消化道反应疗效。[方法]对36例住院患者中医特色护理,包括艾灸、中药穴位贴敷、耳穴压豆、穴位按摩,连续护理10d为1疗程。观消化道不良反应。护理1疗程(10d),判定疗效。[结果]消化道不良反应Ⅰ级2例,Ⅱ级2例,Ⅲ级1例,Ⅳ级0例,总发生率13.89%。[结论]中医护理干预可降低化疗后消化道反应,提高患者生存质量,提升治疗依从性,疗效满意,值得推广。[Objective] To observe the curative effect of TCM nursing intervention on digestive tract reaction of tumor chemotherapy. [Methods] 36 cases of hospitalized patients with traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing, including moxibustion, acnpoint sticking, ear acupoint pressing, acupoint massage, continuous nursing 10d, 1 courses of treatment. Adverse reactions of digestive tract. The course of 1 courses of Nursing （10d） determine the curative effect. [Results] There were 2 cases of grade 1 adverse reactions in digestive tract, 2 cases in grade II, 1 cases in grade III, 0 cases in grade IV, with a total incidence of 13.89%. [Conclusion] TCM nursing intervention can reduce the digestive tract reaction after chemotherapy, improve the quality of life of patients, improve the compliance of treatment, and has satisfactory curative effect. It is worth popularizing.
