摘　　要：环状RNA(circRNA)是一类广泛存在于多种细胞中的非编码RNA(ncRNA),其在不同物种间高度保守,可充当微RNA(miRNA)海绵,调控基因表达。越来越多的研究表明circRNA在消化系统肿瘤发生、发展中发挥重要作用,可作为肿瘤诊断的生物标记物和评估预后的指标,但其功能仍需更深入的研究来验证。本文就circRNA在消化系统肿瘤中作用的研究进展作一综述。Circular RNA（ circRNA）,a class of non-coding RNA（ ncRNA）,widely exists in various kinds of cells.CircRNA is highly conserved in different species and can act as a miRNA sponge to regulate gene expression. More and more studies showed that circRNA plays an important role in pathogenesis and development of digestive system neoplasms,and can be used as a biomarker for diagnosis and prediction of prognosis. However,its function still needs further research to verify. This article reviewed the advances in study on role of circRNA in digestive system neoplasms.
