摘　　要：由于根龋龋损位置隐蔽，根龋的防治成为口腔医生面临的一大挑战。在进行口腔卫生指导的同时，对早期根龋进行再矿化治疗是一种可行的治疗方法。再矿化实验研究通过建立体外脱矿一再矿化循环模型，运用不同检测技术评价再矿化材料的作用效果。本文通过总结目前国内外关于早期根龋再矿化治疗的实验研究，对早期根龋体外实验中再矿化治疗的评价方法、不同再矿化材料的作用机制及特点做一综述。The prevention and treatment of root caries is a challenge of dentists because of root caries＇ concealed location. Oral hygiene instruction combining remineralization treatment for early root caries is feasible. The effects of remineralization materials were evaluated through demineralization-remineralization cycle model in vitro. In this paper, the progress in research of remineralization for early root caries is reviewed from two aspects--the research methods and characteristics of different remineralization materials.
