非包块型乳房肿瘤42例X线摄影特征分析

摘　　要：目的探讨致密类乳房非包块型乳房肿瘤全数字化乳房X线摄影的影像学特征。方法收集42例经手术病理证实的非包块型乳房肿瘤病人的临床资料,分析其全数字化乳房X线摄影表现。结果 42例病人中,乳房组织为不均匀致密类33例,极度致密类9例;临床触及包块者31例,未触及包块者11例。影像学表现为微钙化22例,结构扭曲13例,局灶性不对称致密影7例。全数字化乳房X线摄影诊断准确37例(88.1%),误诊3例(7.1%),漏诊2例(4.8%)。结论非包块型乳房肿瘤的X线摄影表现中主要征象及伴随征象明显,全数字化乳房X线摄影是致密类乳房非包块型乳房肿瘤有效的检查手段,其诊断准确率较高。Objective To investigate the imaging features of non-palpable dense breast tumors on full-digital mammography. Methods The clinical data of 42 patients with pathologically confirmed non-palpable breast tumors were collected to analyze the imaging findings on full-digital mammography. Results Of all patients,33 had heterogeneous density of breast tissue,and 9 had extremely dense breast tissue;clinical palpation found masses in 31 patients and no masses in 11 patients.Of all patients,22 had microcalcification,13 had structural distortion,and 7 had asymmetric focal dense shadow.Full-digital mammography made an accurate diagnosis for 37 patients（88.1%）,with misdiagnosis in 3 patients（7.1%）and missed diagnosis in 2 patients（4.8%）.Conclusion Non-palpable breast tumors have marked main signs and accompanying signs on X-ray radiography.Fully-digital mammography is an effective examination for non-palpable dense breast tumors and has a high diagnostic accuracy.
