摘  要:肿瘤代谢是近些年的研究热点。到目前为止,对于其机制的研究可以明确的是肿瘤细胞的有氧糖酵解,即Warburg效应和肿瘤细胞的谷氨酰胺代谢。谷氨酰胺是一种条件必需氨基酸,参与能量代谢和各种生物大分子合成。此外,谷氨酰胺是合成谷胱甘肽的重要原料,并且其代谢过程中产生大量的还原型烟酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸磷酸,使谷氨酰胺在维持细胞内氧化还原稳态中发挥重要作用。在快速生长、增殖的肿瘤细胞中,谷氨酰胺的转运及代谢较正常细胞更活跃,其代谢产物与原癌基因、抑癌基因相互作用,受多种信号通路调控,最终影响肿瘤的生物学行为。Tumor metabolism is a hotspot in recent years. So far, the study of its mechanism has clarified the aerobic glycolysis of tumor cells, i.e. Warburg effect and tumor cell glutamine metabolism. Glutamine is a conditional essential amino acid that participates in energy metabolism and synthesis of various biological macromolecules. In addition, glutamine is an important raw material for the synthesis of glutathione, and its metabolic process produces a large number of reduced nieotinamide adenine dinucleotide phosphate, so that glutamine plays an important role in the maintenance of intraeellular redox steady state. In the rapid growth and proliferation of tumor cells, glutamine transport and metabolism are more active than normal cells, and the interaction of metabolites and proto-oncogene, tumor suppressor gene affects the tumor biological behavior through regulation of a variety of signal pathways.
