脑瘫儿童父母社会支持与亲职压力的关系——应对方式的中介作用

摘　　要：目的:考察脑瘫儿童父母社会支持、亲职压力与应对方式的关系。方法:采用感悟社会支持量表,亲职压力简表和简易应对方式问卷,对脑瘫儿童父母进行测试。使用SPSS23.0及PROCESS插件进行统计分析及多重中介效应检验。结果:脑瘫儿童父母亲职压力较高,父亲和母亲的亲职压力无显著差异。亲职压力与社会支持、应对方式均呈负相关,而社会支持与应对方式呈正相关。结论:应对方式在社会支持与亲职压力的影响中发挥部分中介作用,且积极应对的作用效果大于消极应对。Objective：To investigate the relationship among social support,parental stress and coping style in parents of children with cerebral palsy.Methods：A total of 482 parents of children with cerebral palsy（366 mothers and 116 fathers）were tested by means of MSPSS,PSI-SF and simple coping style questionnaire.SPSS23.0 and PROCESS plug-in for statistical analysis and multiple mediation effects.Results：The parenting stress in parents of children with cerebral palsy was higher（±s = 100.23 ± 22.52）,and there was no significant difference in parental pressure between father and mother（P 0.05）.Parenting stress was negatively correlated with social support（r=-0.321,P〈0.01）and coping style（r =-0.282,P〈0.01）.There was a positive correlation between social support and coping style（r=0.395,P〈0.01）.The influence of social support on parental stress increased from the originalβ=-0.353 toβ=-0.272,and 95% of the confidence interval of positive coping and negative coping was（-0.223-0.046）does not include 0.Conclusion：The coping style plays a partly mediating role in the influence of social support and parenting stress,and the effect of positive coping is greater than that of negative coping.
