摘　　要：新课程教育教学改革的推进,在教育教学中也在不断尝试着新的教学方法。高效教育不仅仅是教授给学生专业知识,更为重要的是让学生能够尽快适应社会生活,成为社会所需要的人才。但是在当前的高效教育管理中还存在一定的问题不利于大学生的成长。本文先阐述了当代大学生的特点以及高校教育管理工作中面临的问题,接着提出了高校教育管理工作的新思路,以便更好地提升高效教育管理效率。the reform of education and teaching of new curriculum reform, teaching in education are also constantly try new teaching methods. High education is not only to teach students professional knowledge, more important is to allow students to adapt to social life as soon as possible, become a social needed talent. But there are some problems in the management of high education the current is not conducive to the growth of college students. This paper first describes the characteristics of contemporary college students and facing higher education management problem in the work, then puts forward some new ideas for the management of college education, in order to improve the efficiency of education management efficiency.
