创业型大学发展模式比较研究——以阿尔托大学和奥克兰大学为例

摘　　要：创业型大学的产生和发展是20世纪世界高等教育领域发展的新趋势,根据国际发展经验主要存在"自下而上"和"自上而下"两种发展模式。文章通过对芬兰阿尔托大学和新西兰奥克兰大学两所创业型大学发展模式的比较分析发现:两所大学共同体现了理论研究者提出的创业型大学发展特征;与此同时,在创业的逻辑起点、发展战略、管理方式以及组织结构方面存在显著差异。创业型大学发展所形成的不同发展模式对我国创业型大学建设之路提供了一定参考。The emergence and development of entrepreneurial universities is a new trend in the world＇s higher education since the 20th century. According to the international development experience, there are two kinds of development models： bottom-up and top-down. By taking a comparative study of de- velopment models of two entrepreneurial universities, which are named Aalto University and Universi- ty of Auckland, the paper finds that the two universities share the characteristics of entrepreneurial u- niversities proposed by the theoretical researchers; however, there are significant differences in terms of the starting point, development strategy, management style and organizational structure. The dif- ferent development models formed by entrepreneurial universities provide a useful reference for the construction of entrepreneurial universities in China.
