基于几起特大煤矿事故的不安全行为影响因素探析

摘　　要：采矿业作为重要经济支柱之一,为经济发展做出了巨大贡献,但是特大事故时有发生,给国家和人民带来严重的损失。只有找出事故主因,才能有效预防事故发生。通过分析煤矿事故中人的不安全行为及其影响因素,从个体行为、安全文化、组织管理和环境建设方面提出预防对策。As one of the important economic pillars,the mining industry has made great contributions to economic development,but serious accidents have occurred frequently,which have brought serious losses to the country and the people. Only find out the main cause of the accident can prevent the accident effectively. Through analyzing the unsafe behaviors of people in coal mine accidents and their factors,this paper puts forward preventive measures from individual behavior,safety culture,organizational management and environmental construction.
