摘 要:目的了解神经外科患者营养支持中的医护合作现状,分析其影响因素,为进一步改善医护人员合作行为提供参考。方法采用修订的中文版医生-护士合作量表(NPCS)对苏州市30所医院神经外科的171名医生和506名护士进行调查。结果医生护士NPCS总分为85.41±13.29,医生NPCS总分及3个维度得分均显著高于护士(P<0.05,P<0.01),其中护士和医生能够互相帮助条目医生护士得分均排第1;护士不同年龄、职称、工作年限、医院等级NPCS得分差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论神经外科患者营养支持中的医护合作现状较好,医生医护合作感知优于护士;医护管理者应进一步健全医护共同参与机制,加强培训,使医护合作更深入更广泛。Objective To investigate the level and associated factors of physician-nurse collaboration in nutritional support for neurosurgical patients,and to provide reference for improving physician-nurse collaboration.Methods A total of 171 physicians and 506 nurses working in department of neurosurgery were selected from 30 hospitals in Suzhou and were investigated by the Nurse-Physician Collaboration Scale(NPCS).Results The total NPCS score was 85.41±13.29 in the sample.The total score and 3 dimension scores in physicians were significantly higher than nurses(P〈0.05,P〈0.01). " The nurses and the physicians help each other" scored the highest in both physicians and nurses.The total NPCS score had a statistically significant difference among the age groups,title groups,experience groups and level of working hospitals(P〈0.01 for all).Conclusion Physician-nurse collaboration in nutritional support is satisfactory in neurosurgical department,and physicians′perception is better than nurses.Hospital managers should improve physician-nurse collaboration mechanism and strengthen training to deepen and widen physician-nurse collaboration.
