摘 要:目的提高择期手术患者入院、手术及出院的服务品质及效率。方法将360例拟入院行择期手术的患者按时间段分为对照组与实验组各180例,对照组按常规就诊及办理入院手续,术后遵医嘱办理出院;实验组成立出入院服务中心,患者就诊医生确定择期手术和术后出院,其他包括入院手续办理、术前检查、出院转诊等均由出入院服务中心人员一站式办理即实行全程闭环式服务管理模式。结果实验组术前检查往返距离、住院和术前待床时间、住院费用均显著少于对照组,满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论全程闭环式管理的医疗服务模式能提高择期手术患者住院医疗服务品质和效率,减少住院费用,从而提高患者满意度。Objective To improve the quality and efficiency of admission,operation and discharge services for elective surgical patients.Methods Totally,360 elective surgical patients were chronologically assigned into a control group and an experimental group,with 180 in each group.The control group was subjected to routine admission and discharge service following the physician′s order,while the experimental group received full-process,closed-loop service:setting up admission center to provide assistance for admission,preoperative examination,discharge and referral.Results Compared to the control group,the experimental group had shorter round-trip distance of preoperative examination,shorter hospital stay length and waiting time for operation,less hospitalization costs,and higher patient satisfaction(P〈0.05,P〈0.01).Conclusion The full-process,closed-loop service can improve quality and efficiency of health care,reduce hospitalization costs and enhance patient satisfaction.
