摘　　要：目的研究胃癌和食管癌循环肿瘤细胞(CTCs)的形态学特征。方法采用CTCBIOPSY异常细胞分离染色仪富集4例食管癌和7例胃癌患者外周血CTCs,依据本课题组拟定的CTCs形态学诊断标准对其进行鉴定,选取典型的CTCs,对其形态学(细胞学)特征进行研究。结果对典型的胃癌和食管癌CTCs的细胞形态学特征进行了初步描述,同时应用免疫荧光技术对检测到的CTCs进行了验证,结果检出CTCs的CK8/18/19(+),CD45(-),Hoechst(+),考虑为典型TCTs。结论本课题组拟定的CTCs形态学诊断标准科学可行;除形态学研究外,还需对筛选出的CTCs进行定性分析,以验证CTCs的性质,为其下游更为深入的研究提供基础。Objective To study the morphological characteristics of CTCs in gastric cancer and esophageal cancer.Method CTCBIOPSY~ abnormal cell sorter was used to enrich CTCs from 4 patients with esophageal cancer and 7 patients with gastric cancer.According to the morphological diagnostic criteria of CTCs developed by the research group,CTCs were identified,the typical CTCs were selected and the morphological（cytological） atlas of CTCs of gastric carcinoma and esophageal carcinoma were prepared.Result The morphological（cytological） characteristics of CTCs in typical gastric and esophageal cancers were preliminarily described.At the same time,the detected CTCs are validated by immunofluorescence.Conclusion The CTCs morphological diagnostic criteria developed by our group are scientific and feasible;in addition to morphological studies,CTCs should be qualitatively analyzed in order to verify the nature of CTCs,CTCs provide a basis for more in-depth study of the downstream.
