护理实训中心注射及输液实训耗材损耗因素的调查与研究

摘　　要：目的了解护生注射、输液实训耗材损耗因素,为提出改进措施、降低耗材浪费提供依据。方法采用自行设计的问卷调查表,对四川省某高等专科学校的270名护生和34名实训教师进行调查。结果问卷发放共304份,护生问卷与实训教师问卷均全部回收,回收率与有效率均为100%,信效度较好。导致注射、输液耗材浪费的主要原因依次为实训模式、护生无节约意识、发放耗材未严格登记、护生实训练习时耗材污染。结论降低注射、输液实训耗材浪费,重点是修订教学模式、加强对护生的宣教、加强实验员管理、加强对护生的实训指导。Objective Based on the experimental study of injection and transfusion training consumables to provide the basis for the improvement measures and reduce the wastage of consumables.Methods A questionnaire designed by ourselves was used to investigate 270 nursing students and 34 teachers in a college in Sichuan Province.Results Total of 304 questionnaires were distributed.All the questionnaires were sent back to the students.The recovery rate and efficiency were all 100%,and the reliability and validity were good.The main causes of injection and infusion supplies waste followed by the training model,nursing students without awareness of the lack of strict registration of supplies,nursing practice training supplies ontamination.Conclusion It is necessary to reduce the waste of training materials for injection and infusion.The key is to revise the teaching mode,strengthen the teaching of nursing students,strengthen the management of experimenters,and strengthen the guidance of nursing students.
