摘　　要：为了解山东省饲料黄曲霉毒素B_1(AFB_1)污染状况,保证饲料质量安全,采集于山东省各地规模化动物养殖场、各大饲料厂及养殖户1 037份样品,利用直接竞争酶联免疫吸附法测定黄曲霉毒素B_1的含量。结果表明,山东省饲料原料AFB_1超标率如下:玉米27.71%、花生饼粕23.27%、DDGS6.90%、玉米胚芽粕4.92%,其他原料均不超标。配合饲料除了奶牛精料补充料不超标外,家禽配合饲料超标率在13.04%~28.57%,需重点关注。In order to study the condition of afla-toxin B_1 contamination of feedstuffs and ensuresafety of feed quality, 1 037 samples, whichwere collected from large-scale animal farms,feed processing factories and breeders all overShandong province,were measured AFB_1 contentby means of direct competitive enzyme-linkedimmunosorbent method. The result showed that the aflatoxin B_1 exceeding standard rate of feed materials in Shandong is as follows: corn 27.71%, pea-nut meal 23.27%, DDGS 6.90%, corn germ meal 4.92%, other raw materials were not above the stan-dard. In addition to concentrate feed for cows in compound feed was not above standard, exceedingstandard rate of poultry formula feed was 13.04%~28.57%, which needs to be paid attention to.
