增强“政治性”:高校共青团改革的必然逻辑

摘　　要：增强高校共青团的"政治性"改革既是共青团的政治本色使然,也是共青团活动"娱乐化"倾向的危机倒逼,同时还是高校思想政治教育的现实要求。共青团内在的适应性、群团改革方案的彻底性以及全面从严治党的政治趋势,都为高校共青团改革发展带来了新的历史契机。增强"政治性"是高校共青团改革的基本目标和关键举措,可以从组织建设、政治教育、利益保障、氛围营造等多元维度梳理行动思路。The reform, strengthening the＂political nature＂of the Chinese Communist Youth League（the C.C.Y.L.）, is not only determined by the political nature of the C.C.Y.L., but also forced by the crisis of＂entertainment tendency＂among the activities conducted by the C.C.Y.L. Furthermore, the reform is also the practical need for us to conduct ideological and political education in colleges. Currently, several elements, including internal adaptability of the C.C.Y.L., thoroughness of reform of mass organization, and political tendencies of overall ruling the Chinese Communist Party strictly, have brought new historical opportunities for us to conduct reform of the C.C.Y.L. in colleges.Strengthening ＂political nature＂is the basic target and key measure for us to reform the C.C.Y.L. in colleges. We can sort out our thoughts through dimensions including organization construction, political education, interest guarantee, atmosphere establishment, and so on.
