中医卫气营血辨证联合西药治疗前葡萄膜炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨中医卫气营血辨证联合西药治疗前葡萄膜炎的临床疗效。方法随机将60例前葡萄膜炎患者分为治疗组30例和对照组30例,对照组给予单纯西药治疗,治疗组采用中西医结合治疗,予中医卫气营血辨证论治,联合西药治疗。2组治疗各进行6个月。分别观察2组治疗前后总疗效,视力改善情况,前房闪辉吸收情况及3,6个月复发率。结果治疗组达到1.0视力率为32.33%,临床总有效率为93.33%,对照组分别为13.33%、73.33,治疗组均明显高于对照组(P均<0.05);治疗组3个月复发率、6个月复发率分别为10.00%和16.67%,对照组分别为23.33%和36.67%,治疗组均明显低于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论中医卫气营血辨证联合西药治疗前葡萄膜炎临床效果显著,复发率低,在减少激素不良反应方面可起到积极作用。Objective It is to study the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation Wei-QiYing-Xue combined with Western medicine in the treatment of anterior uveitis. Methods 60 patients with anterior uveitis were randomly divided into treatment group(30 cases) and control group(30 cases),the control group was treated with western medicine alone,the treatment group was treated with combination of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine,by give syndrome differentiation Wei-Qi-Ying-Xue treatment of traditional Chinese medicine combined with Western medicine.The two groups were treated for 6 months. The total curative effect,the visual acuity before and after treatment,and the absorption of anterior chamber flash and the recurrence rate of 3 and 6 months in the two groups were observed and compared.Results The proportion of patients with visual acuity ≥1 was 33. 33%,the total effective rate was 93. 33% in the treatment group,and was 13. 33% and 73. 33% respectively in the control group,there were significant differences between the two groups(all P < 0. 05). The recurrence rate of 3 months and 6 months was 10. 00% and 16. 67% respectively in the treatment group,and was 23. 33% and 36. 67% respectively in the control group,there were significant differences between the two groups(all P < 0. 05). Conclusion The clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation Wei-Qi-YingXue combined with Western medicine in the treatment of anterior uveitis is obvious,with low recurrence rate,and can play a positive role in reducing adverse hormone reactions.
