康莱特注射液胸腔灌注并十枣汤加味内服治疗恶性胸水疗效及对患者生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的观察康莱特注射液胸腔灌注并十枣汤加味内服治疗恶性胸水疗效及对患者生活质量的影响。方法将80例恶性胸水患者随机分为对照组与观察组,每组40例。对照组单纯给予顺铂粉胸腔灌注,观察组给予康莱特注射液胸腔灌注并十枣汤加味内服治疗,观察2组治疗效果、治疗安全性及治疗前后生活质量(SF-36)评分变化情况。结果治疗1个疗程后,观察组癌性渗液疗效局部控制率、临床疗效总有效率均显著高于对照组(P均<0.05);治疗后2组各项SF-36评分均明显改善(P均<0.05),且观察组改善情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组毒副作用发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论康莱特注射液胸腔灌注并十枣汤加味内服治疗恶性胸水疗效确切,可显著改善生活质量,减少毒副反应,值得推广应用。Objective It is to observe the effect of Kanglaite injection by pleural perfusion with Shizao decoction on malignant chest water and the patient's quality of life. Methods 80 patients with malignant chest water were randomly divided into control group and observation group,40 patients in each group. The control group was simple given cisplatin powder by pleural perfusion,the observation group was given Kanglaite injection by pleural perfusion with Shizao decoction by oral administration. The curative effects,treatment safety were evaluated and the changes of quality of life( SF-36 scores) before and after treatment were observed in both groups. Results After one course of treatment,the local controlling rate and total effective rate of curative effect on cancerous chest water in the observation group were significantly higher than that in the control group( P <0. 05). After treatment,the SF-36 scores were significantly improved in both groups( P < 0. 05),and the improvement of observation group was significantly better than that in the control group( P < 0. 05). The incidence of toxicity was significantly lower in the observation group than that in the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Kanglaite injection by pleural perfusion with Shizao decoction has definite curative effect on malignant chest water,which can significantly improve the quality of life,reduce the adverse reactions and be worth of promotion and application in clinic.
