基于循证理念的整体护理对肠易激综合征患者生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨基于循证理念的整体护理对肠易激综合征患者生活质量的影响。方法:选取2014年10月~2016年9月在我院就诊的肠易激综合征患者82例,将其随机等分为对照组和观察组,对照组按照传统护理方法进行干预;观察组实施基于循证理念的整体护理干预。比较两组患者健康知识掌握情况、心理状况、护理满意度、生活质量。结果:观察组护理后健康知识掌握情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05),SDS,SAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05),满意度和生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在循证理念基础上对肠易激综合征患者进行整体护理,能提高患者对疾病的认知,有效改善负面情绪,提高护理满意度和生活质量,值得临床推广应用。Objective： To explore the influence of holistic nursing founded on evidence-based concept on the quality of life in patients with irritable bowel syndrome. Methods： A total of 82 patients with irritable bowel syndrome treated in our hospital from October 2014 to September 2016 were selected and randomly and equally divided into control group and observation group. The control group was intervened by traditional nursing methods; the observation group was intervened by holistic nursing founded on evidence-based concept. The mastery of health knowledge,psychological status,nursing satisfaction and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results： The mastery of health knowledge in the observation group after nursing was significantly better than that in the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. The SDS and SAS scores were lower than those in the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. The scores of satisfaction and quality of life were higher than those in the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： The holistic nursing for patients with irritable bowel syndrome founded on evidence-based concept can enhance the disease cognition level,nursing satisfaction and quality of life of patients and effectively improve negative emotions,so it is worthy of clinical application.
