摘　　要：本文以上海交通大学为例,就目前我国高校档案馆声像档案利用率低的现状进行了原因剖析,阐述了声像档案征集困难、缺乏主动服务意识以及信息化建设滞后是声像档案利用率低的主要原因,在此基础上针对性地提出了增强高校声像档案意识、提升声像档案服务水平、加快声像档案信息化建设进程等建议,以期进一步发挥高校声像档案的功能,从而更好地服务高校发展。Taking Shanghai Jiao Tong University as an example, this article introduces the current status and existing problems in the audio-visual archives and analyses the factors restricting audio-visual archives using in colleges and universities from three aspects： difficulties during the archives collection, lack of initiative service consciousness, lower information technology and so on. It explores the effective ways of giving full play to the functions of audio-visual archives to better serve university development as follows： enhancing the consciousness of audio-visual archives in colleges and universities; improving the service level of audio-visual archives and speeding up the construction of audio-visual archives informatization.
