摘  要:目的探讨添加不同比例的LZB-GC(载银纳米磷酸锆)抗菌剂对玻璃离子水门汀(GIC)机械性能和抗菌性能的影响。方法将LZB-GC抗菌剂按不同的比例:0 wt%(对照组)、1 wt%、2 wt%、3wt%、5 wt%(实验组)添加至GIC中,分别测试材料的表面硬度和弯曲强度及抗菌性能,利用SPSS 18.0软件对所得数据进行统计学分析。结果 3 wt%组GIC表面硬度显著提高(P<0.01);2 wt%组GIC弯曲强度显著提高(P<0.01);当LZB-GC含量达3 wt%(含)以上时,对变形链球菌的抑菌率达99%以上。结论 3 wt%组GIC在弯曲强度不降低的基础上,其抗菌性能及表面硬度均显著提高。Objective To evaluate Hie effect of different proportions of LZB-GC on antibacterial properties and mechanical properties of glass ionomer cements(GIC). Methods LZB-GC was added to GIC according to different proportions(0 wt%〉 1 wt%、2 wt%、3 wt%、5 wt%), and microhardness tester was used to test the microhardness of specimens, universal test machine was used to test the bending strength properties, paster method was used to test the antibacterial properties and SPSS 18.0 was used to analyze the data. Results Microhardness test results showed that the surface hardness of 3 wt% group increased significantly; bending strength properties test results showed that 2 wt% group significantly increased; 3 wt% and 5 wt% group showed good antibacterial property to streptococcus mutans. Conclusion Based on not decreasing the bending strength, 3 wt% group improved significantly both antibacterial properties and microhardness of GIC.
