摘 要:目前,3D打印技术不断普及,但传统学习渠道具有一定局限性,且3D打印设备价格昂贵,现场操作也存在一定安全问题。针对上述不足,应用虚拟现实技术,开发了一个3D打印体验系统。该系统采用UG对设备建模,Blender对模型进行渲染,通过Unity3D三维引擎开发平台完成虚拟场景构建,并通过SteamVR实现虚拟现实装备HTC Vive与虚拟场景交互。经过虚拟3D打印模型测试,系统可稳定运行,提供了一个直观、安全、高效的3D打印体验环境。With the rapid development of 3D printing,more and more people have been interested in this technology.However,the traditional approaches for people to get in touch with this technology,such as video and words,are always unsatisfactory.The 3D printing machines are too expensive and it is not safe enough to do the field operation.In order to cope with the problems above,a 3D printing experience system using virtual reality technology is developed.This system uses UG to do the modeling for the product,then render the model with Blender.It builds the virtual scene with Unity3 D3 Dengine development platform.Moreover,an interaction between HTC Vive and virtual reality scene by SteamVR.Afterwards,with a virtual 3D printing test,the system can run stably and provide an intuitive,safe and efficient 3D printing experience environment for the users.
