宫颈电灼术与保妇康栓联合使用对HPV持续感染的治疗效果

摘　　要：目的观察宫颈电灼术与保妇康栓联合使用对HPV持续感染的疗效。方法选取经杂交捕获二代方法检测高危型HPV的负荷量为阳性、病理活检未见CIN、HPV(16/18)原位杂交检测为阳性的HPV亚临床感染患者90例,平均分为保妇康栓治疗组、宫颈电灼治疗组、宫颈电灼联合保妇康栓治疗组3组。结果三组均在治疗6个月后较治疗3个月后的疗效改善明显,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);三组在治疗3个月后的疗效差异较大,宫颈电灼联合保妇康栓治疗组明显优于其他两组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);三组在治疗6个月后的疗效差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论宫颈电灼术与保妇康栓联合使用对高危型HPV的亚临床感染状态进行判定及适时进行干预治疗,对预防宫颈癌前病变及宫颈癌的发生起到重要作用。具有广泛的临床应用价值。Objective To analyze the effect of cervical fulguration combined with Baofukang suppository in the treatment of high risk HPV subclinical infection.Methods 90 patients with hybrid capture capacity of the second generation methods for detection of HPV positive,pathological biopsy showed no CIN ,HPV（16/18）in situ hybridization with positive HPV subclinical in-fection were choosen as the research object , which were divided into 3 groups , such as Baofukang suppository in the treatment group,palace neck electric coagulation in the treatment group ,cervical fulguration and preservation of Fukang suppository in the treatment group.Results The 3 groups treatment efficacy 6 months after treatment compared with the treatment efficacy after 3 months significantly improved ,and the difference has statistical significance （ P〈0.05）;the comparison of the 3 groups 3 months after treatment,the therapeutic effects of larger ,cervical fulguration joint insurance Baofukang suppository in the treatment group was significantly better than the other 2 groups,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）;the comparison of the 3 groups 6 months after treatment,the effect of the difference had no statistical significance （P〉0.05）.Conclusion Cervical cau-tery with Baofukang suppository combined use of high-risk HPV subclinical infection status are determined with timely interven-tion,to prevent cervical cancer precancerous lesions and cervical cancer ,it is worthy of clinical application.
