摘　　要：目的探讨新辅助化疗联合手术对老年食管癌患者CEA、CA199和CA125的影响。方法将100例老年食管癌(Ⅱ~Ⅲ期)患者随机分为实验组和对照组。实验组患者于术前给予新辅助化疗后行手术治疗,对照组患者则单纯行手术治疗。比较2组患者术后疗效,同时采用化学发光免疫法测定和比较2组患者治疗前、治疗后1周血清中CEA水平、CA199水平和CA125水平。结果实验组术后客观缓解率高于对照组(P<0.05)。与治疗前相比,2组患者治疗后1周血清中CEA水平、CA199水平和CA125水平均下降。治疗前实验组和对照组血清中的CEA水平、CA199水平和CA125水平差异比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后与对照组相比,实验组1周血清中CEA水平、CA199水平和CA125水平均明显较低(P<0.05)。结论新辅助化疗联合手术治疗老年食管癌,可提高患者术后客观缓解率,降低患者血清CEA水平、CA199水平和CA125水平,疗效显著,值得临床推广。Objective To study the effect of neoadjuvant chemotherapy combined with surgery treatment on CEA ,CA199 and CA125 in elderly patients with esophageal cancer .Methods 100 cases of elderly patients with esophageal cancer （Ⅱ~Ⅲstage） were randomized into the experimental group and the observation group .The observation group received only surgery treat-ment,while the experimental group received neoadjuvant chemotherapy combined with surgery treatment .The postoperative effect of the 2 groups was compared ,at the same time ,the serum CEA ,CA199 and CA125 level of the 2 groups before treatment ,1 week after treatment were measured by Chemiluminescence immune method .Results The postoperative objective remission rate in the experimental group was higher than that of the control group （P〈0.05）.After treatment,the serum CEA,CA199 and CA125 level of the 2 groups declined .The difference of serum CEA ,CA199 and CA125 level of the 2 groups before treatment was not signifi-cant（P〉0.05）.Compared with the control group,the serum CEA,CA199 and CA125 level were significantly lower（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Neoadjuvant chemotherapy combined with surgery treatment for elderly patients with esophageal cancel can increase radical resection rate,decline CEA,CA199 and CA125 level,it is worthy of clinical application.
