洛铂联合替吉奥对多线化疗失败晚期转移性乳腺癌的疗效及其相关影响因素

摘　　要：目的探讨洛铂联合替吉奥对多线化疗失败晚期转移性乳腺癌的疗效及其相关影响因素。方法随机选取近4年来入桂林市妇幼保健院治疗的多线化疗失败晚期转移性乳腺癌患者100例。记录患者入院前血常规检验、肝肾功能及心电图以及治疗后每个周期进行CT复查,并记录患者用药后的不良反应,记录并统计患者的生存期及死亡率。结果 100例患者共接受了326个化疗周期,平均每位患者获得3.26个周期的化疗。患者经过化疗后,完全缓解0例、部分缓解35例、疾病稳定35例、疾病进展30例。临床获益率为35.0%。单个因素分析显示MBP患者治疗有效率与年龄等无明显相关关系,P>0.05。50例患者的白细胞减少率达到50%以上,60例患者出现贫血状况。在胃肠道方面,有30例患者在化疗期间发生恶心、呕吐等症状,20例患者出现腹泻。结论洛铂联合替吉奥对多线化疗失败晚期转移性乳腺癌患者有显著疗效,可作为MBP患者多线化治疗的选择方案。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of lobaplatin combined with S-1 for advanced metastatic breast cancer with multicellular chemotherapy failure and its related influencing factors .Methods 100 patients with advanced metastatic breast cancer who were treated with multi-line chemotherapy were randomly selected .The blood routine examination ,hepatic and renal function and electrocardiogram were recorded ,and CT examination was performed in each cycle after treatment .The side effects were recorded and the survival and mortality of the patients were recorded .Results 100 patients received a total of 326 chemo-therapy cycles ,an average of 3.26 cycles per patient received chemotherapy .Patients after chemotherapy ,complete remission in 0 case,35 cases of partial remission,disease stability in 35 cases,30 cases of disease progression.The clinical benefit rate was 35.0%.From a single factor analysis ,from the results of this study concluded that the effective treatment of patients with MBP had no significant correlation with age ,P〉0.05.50 cases of leukopenia was more than 50%,60 patients with anemia.In the gas-trointestinal tract,there were 30 patients during chemotherapy nausea ,vomiting and other symptoms ,20 patients with diarrhea. Conclusion Losacoplatin combined with S-1 has a significant effect for patients with advanced metastatic breast cancer after multi-line chemotherapy failure .It can be used as a multi-line treatment option .
