摘　　要：依据高职院校的办学特色和专业人才培养模式,遵守现代教育规律,探索符合学院愿景的高职单独招生模式。渤海船舶职业学院严格招生工作人员的素质标准,开发全体教职员工的潜能,提供高质量的服务,制定保证学院单独招生工作高效运行的机制及对策,使学院成为船舶军工行业企业高素质技能型人才的培养基地。According to the school-running characteristics and talents training mode of the higher vocational college, the independent enrollment mode of higher vocational college which conforms to the college＇s vision is explored on the basis of obeying the law of modern education. Bohai Shipbuilding Vocational College is strict in quality standards for admissions staff, develops the potential of all staff, provides high quality service, set up the mechanism and countermeasures to guarantee the efficient operation of the college＇s independent enrollment, and make the college become a training base for high quality and skilled talents in the marine military industry and enterprises.
