超声内镜辅助下行黏膜下肿瘤内镜治疗效果分析

摘　　要：目的探究超声内镜辅助下行黏膜下肿瘤内镜的治疗效果。方法选择我院2014年7月—2016年12月所收治的疑似胃黏膜下肿瘤并行超声内镜检查诊断的患者共80例作为研究对象,结合患者内镜检查的情况,给予其合适的内镜微创治疗,另外在手术完成后进行病理切片检查和免疫组化检查。结果 80例患者中,18例接受了高频电刀治疗,45例接受了套扎治疗,4例接受了ESD治疗,13例接受了EMR治疗;超声内镜诊断准确率与术后病理性质相比,其符合率高达94.7%;来源层次符合率达到了95.8%。结论内镜微创结合超声内镜检查对治疗黏膜下肿瘤有较为积极的影响,提高了临床效果,安全性也得到了充分的体现。Objective To explore the effect of endoscopic treatment ofsubmucosal tumors by endoscopic ultrasonography. Methods A totalof 80 suspected gastric submucosal tumors diagnosed by endoscopicultrasonography in our hospital from July 2014 to December 2016 wereselected as the subjects, combined with endoscopic examination of patients,appropriate endoscopic minimally invasive treatment was recommended, inaddition, pathological examination and immunohistochemical examinationwere performed after the operation. Results Among the 80 patients,18 cases underwent high frequency electric knife treatment, 45 casesunderwent ligation, 4 cases received ESD treatment, 13 cases underwentEMR treatment; endoscopic ultrasound diagnostic accuracy was comparedwith pathology after surgery, the coincidence rate was up to 94.7%; thecoincidence rate of source level reached to 95.8%. Conclusion Endoscopicminimally invasive surgery combined with endoscopic ultrasonography hasa positive impact on the treatment of submucosal tumors. It improves theclinical effect and the safety has been fully manifested.
