基于国外行业标准浅谈医院图书馆员职责

摘　　要：基于美国、加拿大、爱尔兰三国的医院或医疗机构现行行业标准和澳大利亚健康图书馆指南,对医院图书馆员的职责进行分析。从图书馆战略规划、图书馆管理、图书馆资源技术和图书馆信息服务等4个方面分别进行阐述,并提出对涉及的岗位要求。Based on the current industry standards of hospitals or medical institutions in the America, Canada and Ireland and the guidelines of Australian Health Library, this article analyzed the responsibilities of hospital librarians. It elaborated from the aspects of strategic planning, library management, library resources and technology, library information service, and proposed involved position requirements.
