摘　　要：目的:探讨鼠神经生长因子联合单唾液酸神经节苷脂治疗急性脑梗死的疗效。方法:收治急性脑梗死患者60例,平分两组。对照组给予单独的鼠神经生长因子治疗,观察组给予鼠神经生长因子联合单唾液酸神经节苷脂治疗,比较两组治疗后神经功能缺损程度(NIHSS评分)、生活活动能力指数评分(Barthel指数)和临床疗效。结果:观察组经联合治疗后的NIHSS评分、Barthel指数均明显优于对照组,治疗总有效率高达96.67%,明显高于对照组的73.33%(P<0.05)。结论:鼠神经生长因子联合单唾液酸四己酸神经节苷脂治疗急性脑梗死具有显著的临床治疗效果。Objective：To investigate the curative effect of rat nerve growth factor combined with monosialogangliosides in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.Methods：60 patients with acute cerebral infarction were selected.They were randomly divided into the two groups on average.The control group was treated with rat nerve growth factor,and the observation group was treated with rat nerve growth factor combined with monosialogangliosides.The neurological deficits（NIHSS）,activity performance index（Barthel）and efficacy were compared between groups after treatment.Results：The NIHSS and Barthel in the observation group after treatment were significantly better than those in the control group,and the total effective rate was as high as 96.67%,significantly higher than 73.33% in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Rat nerve growth factor combined with monosialogangliosides in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction has significant clinical effect.
