血府逐瘀丸联合小剂量抗精神病药物治疗周期性精神病临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨血府逐瘀丸联合小剂量抗精神病药物治疗周期性精神病的临床效果。方法:收治周期性精神病患者84例,随机分为对照组和试验组。对照组采用复方焕诺酮联合小剂量抗精神病药物治疗,试验组采用血府逐瘀丸联合小剂量抗精神病药物治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗后,试验组总有效率和BPRS评分改善程度均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:血府逐瘀丸联合小剂量抗精神病药物治疗周期性精神病的临床效果显著。Objective：To explore the clinical effect of Xuefu Zhuyu pills combined with small dose of antipsychotic drugs in the treatment of patients with periodic psychosis.Methods：84 patients with periodic psychosis were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group.The control group was treated with compound norethisterone combined with small dose of antipsychotic drugs.The experimental group was treated with Xuefu Zhuyu pills combined with small dose of antipsychotic drugs.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results：After treatment,the total effective rate and the improvement degree of BPRS score in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The clinical effect of Xuefu Zhuyu pills combined with small dose of antipsychotic drugs in the treatment of patients with periodic psychosis was significant.
