摘 要:为评价葡萄制干后的品质优劣,筛选出品质优良、外观好看的葡萄干品种,本文采用灰色关联度分析方法对17个无核葡萄品种进行制干后品质方面的评价。试验结果表明,无核白鸡心与参考品种的加权关联度最大,综合表现最优,其次是火州黑玉,表现最差的是红宝石无核,结果与实际评分结果一致;等权关联度与加权关联度的对比分析中,加权关联度与实际结果更趋一致,加权关联度可以作为葡萄干品质评价的一种方法进行应用。To evaluate the quality of dried grapes, screen out the best quality and appearance of raisin varieties, the quality evaluation of 17 seedless grape varieties was carried out by grey relational analysis. The results showed that grey correlation analysis was consistent with the actual score, Centennial Seedless comprehensive performance was optimal, had the largest weighted correlative degree with the reference variety, Huozhouheiyu ranked the second, Ruby Seedless had worst overall performance; Compared with equal relational grade analysis, the weighted grade analysis was more close to the actual evaluation. It showed that weighted grade analysis could be used as a method of raisins quality evaluation.
