摘　　要：目的探讨前列地尔联合奥拉西坦胶囊治疗老年认知功能障碍的效果及其对血清超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)和同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平的影响。方法选择2014年1月—2015年1月来我院进行治疗的老年认知功能障碍病人84例,按照完全随机分组原则分为对照组和试验组。对照组静脉注射丹参注射液和胞磷胆碱注射液治疗,试验组静脉输注前列地尔联合口服奥拉西坦胶囊治疗。分别记录两组治疗前后韦氏成人记忆量表(WMS-RC)测评成绩;测量治疗前后血清hs-CRP和Hcy水平;并评估所有病人治疗前后肾功能状态。结果治疗前两组WMS-RC得分无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后试验组得分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗前外周血中hs-CRP和Hcy水平无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后试验组外周血中hs-CRP和Hcy水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗前后肾功能指标之间均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论前列地尔联合奥拉西坦胶囊治疗老年认知功能障碍可以有效降低病人hs-CRP和Hcy,提高记忆能力,对肾脏无严重毒副反应。Objective To investigate the effects of alprostadil and oxiracetam capsules on serum high sensitive C reactive protein （ hsCRP）and homocysteine （ Hcy）levels in elderly patients with cognitive impairment.Methods Eighty four elderly patients with cog -nitive impairment from Jan 2014 to Jan 2015 were randomly divided into two groups： Control group treated with Danshen injection andciticoline, and treatment group treated with alprostadil and oxiracetam capsules.Chinese Wechsler Memory Scale Revised （ WMSRC）was assessed before and after the treatment.Serum hs CRP and Hcy levels were measured before and after the treatment.Therenal function was evaluated before and after the treatment.Results There was no significant difference in WMS RC scores be -tween two groups before treatment （ P 〉0.05） .The WMS RC scores in treatment group were significantly higher than those in con -trol group after treatment （ P 〈0.05） .There was no significant difference in serum hs CRP and Hcy levels between the two groupsbefore treatment （ P 〉0.05） .The levels of serum hs CRP and Hcy in treatment group were significantly higher than those in controlgroup after treatment （ P 〈0.05） .There was no significant difference in renal function between the two groups before and after treat -ment （ P 〉0.05） .Conclusion The research results show that alprostadil and oxiracetam capsules can reduce serum hs CRP andHcy levels,improve memory ability in elderly patients with cognitive impairment.
