摘　　要：阐述了WK系列矿用挖掘机提升卷筒三种不同控制方式的基本原理,并详细分析了不同控制方式以及在实践应用中存在的不足,通过对比提出了一种大大降低操作中的安全隐患、增加操作可靠性和及时性的控制方式。This paper describes the basic principles of three different hoist drum control methods for changing hoisting ropes in WK series mining excavators,and analyzes the different control methods in detail and the shortcomings in practical application.By comparison a method which can greatly reduce personnel security risks and increase operational reliability is proposed.
