摘 要:煤矿生产中混凝土结构由于施工工艺不当,使用过程中受载荷使得材料老化以及外界影响等,都不可避免的会产生微裂缝和局部损伤。将封装有愈合剂环氧树脂的微胶囊掺和在混凝土材料中。当裂纹产生时,微胶囊破裂,愈合剂流出,从而阻止裂缝的继续发展,延长材料的使用寿命。本文以三聚氰胺-甲醛为壁材,环氧树脂为芯材,在不同实验条件下通过原位聚合法制备微胶囊。分析不同实验条件对微胶囊产率、平均粒径和芯材含量的影响,得到了制备微胶囊的最佳条件。In the process of coal mine production,the concrete structure due to the improper construction process,the use of the load causes,the material aging and the exter. nal influence. It is inevitable that there will be microcracks and local damage. A microcapsule containing a healing agent epoxy resin is added to the concrete materia. When the crack is produced,the microcapsule breaks down and the healing agent flows out,preventing the crack from happening and prolong the life of the material. This paper uses melamine as wall material and epoxy resin as core material. The capsule was prepared by in-situ polymerization under different experimental conditions,analyzed the average particle size and the content of the core material on the effects of different experimental conditions and obtained the optimum conditions for preparing microcapsules.
