摘　　要：文中完成了磁瓦磨削生产线中倒角机的设计,给出倒角磨削加工的方法为三组凸轮机构的配合工作,由生产要求计算得出三组凸轮的主要参数及工作时各凸轮的相位关系。该倒角机可按照生产速度要求,对一定尺寸范围的磁瓦端面倒角进行磨削加工。This paper designs a chamfering machine for the magnetic tile grinding production line. The method of chamfergrinding is defined as the cooperation of three groups of cam mechanisms. The main parameters and the phase relationship ofthe three groups of cam are calculated according to the production requirements. The chamfering machine can processacertain size range of the magnetic tile chamfering according to the given production speed.
